Essay

The evolution of interpretation of the human capital is shown. Mechanisms of formation and realization of the economic personnel in agriculture in Ukraine economy are analyzed. Theoretical, methodological and conceptual practical recommendations in life-long learning of economic education realization are proposed. The forecast of the need and demand in economic personnel is given. Scenario analysis of formation and realization of economic personnel in the economy of Ukraine agriculture and institutional support of effective implementation of personnel is proposed. Criteria approach to the evaluation of economic personnel activity and return on investment in their formation are explained.
