Nesterchuk Y. Development and effective functioning of agro-industrial formations: theory, methodology, practice.

Research object are processes of development and functioning of the multilevel agro-production forming and separate their participants. Research purpose: there is development of scientific-methodological bases and ground of conceptual approaches concerning essence and forms of display of agro-production integration, organization-legal and economic machineries of their realization, market and state regulation and practical recommendations concerning their improvement. Methods: dialectical and historical-logic, monographic, statistical-economic analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the formulated scientific positions and practical developments allow providing development and effective functioning of the agro-production forming. Scientific novelty: first: interpretation is given to essence of agro-production integration, that takes into account participation in it external concerning the APV enterprises and organizations as a purposeful process of making of a new integrity (agro-production system) on the basis of rapprochement of interests, strengthening of production-economical communications and relations of direct and mediated participants of agro-production reproductive process; improved: machineries of co-operation of agricultural and other participants of the agro-production forming, that operate in separate regions main food subcomplexes AIC, and are definite priority ways of improvement of their organizational-production structure; subsequent development was got: ground of main descriptions of market institutes and institutional factors (competition, information, fee for the risk and others like that), that the contract model of development of national economy is provided in accordance with an institutional theory, including due to priority of economy of APK in satisfaction of public interests. Degree of introduction: the results of thesis are inculcated in the economies of the Cherkasy region and Ukraine.
