the object - patients with traumatic fractures of the mandible; the aims to devoted the decision of conditions optimisation problem of reparative osteogeneze course at patients with traumatic fractures of the mandible; the methods - clinical, imunological, biochimical, statistical; the new is -it was established, that reparative processes in a bone-tissue of the mandible proceed on a background of functional states infringements of immune and endocrine systems, endogenic intoxication, calcium-phosphoric exchange and bone-metabolism markers; the outcomes - ways of optimisation of reparative osteogeneze by a method of functional state correction of immune and endocrine systems, endogenic intoxications by usages of system influence drugs.
