Some conseptual propositions of "efficient owner" forming and recomendations as to the ibcreasing of corporate management efficiency for their implementation in the practical activity of aviation corporations and bodies of state regulation of corporate relations have been developed in the thesis. The essence and appropriateness of forming functional and target mechanism of corporate management in the condition of developing aviation branch have been formulated and some trends of proving its efficiency have been developed. Some methods of activation of sistems of economic and material stimulations in aviation corporations, the methods of the evaluation of labor and management quality have been proposed.
