In the dissertation the conceptual methodological bases of research a political determinant innovation of development of Ukraine in conditions of globalization are developed, and also the strategy of state policy in the field of innovative development of a society is proved. The new methodological approaches to an estimation of a condition of development and introduction innovation of technologies in Ukraine from a position them determinants by social factors are offered. Only political transformations can replace total parameters with parameters of quality of a life, an index of social development, a condition of an environment, a technological level of production.
