Essay

118 scientific papers are defended, which are devoted to development and implementation of informatic-measurenent systems (IMS) of medical and biological purposes. New way to create IMS based on supersensitive superconductive cryogenic sensors, i.e. SQUID-magnetometers, is developed for non-invasive registration of the superweak biomagnetic fields from humans and animals. The physical-mathematical models and methods for simulation of SQUID-magnetometers and biomagnetic technique are performed and pre-production prototypes of IMS are created. New approach to recognize images is proposed based on modification of 2D Fourier Transform. New approach for classifying and fuzzy decision making is proposed with aim of detail stratification of the bioobject states. Applied procedures for IT of magnetocardiographic (MCG) diagnostics are made intended for using in clinical practice. Main results of work have been utilized during development of MCG and biosusceptometry IMS intended to medical diagnostics (MCG system) and scientific research (both systems).
