Chmyr S. Formation and development of the grain market of Ukraine

Object of research: grain subcomplex of Ukraine and its separate enterprises and the companies. Research objective: consists in theoretical generalisation and determination of methodological and practical approaches concerning development of a grain branch based on organizational-economic mechanism of effective grain production taking into account regional features from positions of maintenance of demand for this production and the tendencies connected with integration of Ukraine in the European and world trade and economic structures. Methods: the system analysis; comparison; modelling; settlement-constructive; historical-economic method; sociometric; the graphic; otvlechenno-logic; expert estimations; interrogation. Theoretical and practical results: directed on increase of efficiency of grain production, conducting ways of its perspective development on an innovative-investment basis taking into account action of internal and external factors outline. Scientific novelty: for the first time the essence, the internal maintenance is defined and it is offered for introduction in grain economic formations of Ukraine organizational-technological and economic mechanisms of effective development of a grain husbandry, new approaches concerning development of grain production are defined, the general directions of the further development of the grain market of Ukraine are outlined; it is improved concepts "grain subcomplex", teoretiko-methodological essence agrarian to economy sector as a whole and grain subcomplex in particular in the conditions of market relations, a direction of fitness of grain production of the country to competition conditions; Have received the further development a direction of development зернопродуктового a subcomplex, a scientific substantiation both practical calculations and recommendations concerning increase of efficiency of grain production, a substantiation of necessity of the account of the historical factor at formation of prospects of development of a grain production in Ukraine. Introduction degree: scientifically-practical workings out of the author used by preparation of some projects of laws of Ukraine, results of research are used in practical activities by subsections of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, and also Nikolaev, Odessa and Kherson Regional State Administration.
