The paper is devoted to the theoretical, methodical and practical issues of procuring the business performance of enterprises at present and in prospect based on consumer-oriented management. The scientific and methodical aspects, the content of category "business performance" and methodic principles of its estimating are investigated. The role and adaptation of analytic system of indicators as well as pre-conditions and principles of analysis are explored. The author suggested to objectivity business goal of the users' requirements. The dissertation contained the sources and the mechanisms of Ukrainian industrial development, analyzed development of the metallurgical, food and furniture enterprises as well as machine-building companies. The research was based on the value added criteria and the global business context, the trends of world markets. The integral conception of the business performance providing for industrial enterprises, the business-processes evaluation principles of the resources, timeless and informative parameters, the mechanisms for entrance to the integral value-created network are offered. The author suggested the ternary evaluation system of business results of enterprises based on the uncategorical logic management decisions, the system of analytic indicators expedience, intensity, speed, efficiency, technological and timeliness business activity. The paper is deepened the methodical principles of business performance management of enterprises based on the decision-making matrix, the determination of eight models corporate development and providing best business practices.
