The object of dissertation research are processes of forming of cost of enterprise creation of public values in the competition environment of multilevel market economy which is socially oriented. The purpose of work is development of theoretical, methodological and methodical principles of marketing conception of forming of cost of machine-building enterprise design of marketing's decisions in a strategic management him by a market value. Theoretical and methodological basis of dissertation are classic positions of economic theory, laws of functioning of market economy, basic laws of philosophy, conception marketing but other. It is first suggested to probe the problem of forming of cost of machine-building enterprise in the system "society- the state -investor -enterprise -client", that enabled to find out the strategic role of marketing in upgrading economy growing and corporate management. It is suggested to identify the cost of machine-building enterprise in conception "enterprise - intellectual product", that did possible development of conceptual model of the mutual enriching of intellectual capital. Found out the real influence of marketing's measures on the processes of management a cost and a case changes frame is developed in the context of creation of competitive edges of machine-building enterprise. The got results were inculcated on the enterprises of industry of engineer, in activity of public institutions . Industry of the use is a management marketing on industrial enterprises, evaluation of cost of enterprise, marketing's researches, government control of economy.
