The dissertation deals with the complex research of administrative-jurisdictional activity of organs of Internal Affairs in the sphere of providing public security and safeguarding public order. By analysing the external and internal competence of organs of Internal Affairs in administrative-jurisdictional activity the measures aimed at improving external acts of jurisdictional influence in the sphere of application of administrative law norms as well as administrative law mechanism of realization of jurisdictional powers are proposed.
