Object of research are kidney and bronchopulmonary affection at patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; purpose - to promote quality of diagnostics and efficiency of treatment of patients with concomitant renopulmonary pathology; research methods: clinical, experimental, morphological, biochemical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - the features of clinical course of glomerulonephritis at patients with combined renopulmonary pathology; there was improved the method of induction of renopulmonary pathology in the experiment and estimated influence of system enzymotherapy on kidney morpho-functional changes; there was defined influence of different unimmune methods on the course of kidney and pulmonary syndromes at combined renopulmonary pathology; there was developed the optimum therapeutic modes, which contribute to increase of life duration; these ware implemented in practice of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Association, Lugansk Regional Clinical Hospital, Zaporozhzia Regional Clinical Hospital, Slaviansk treatment and diagnostic center of Donetsk Region, Donetsk Clinical Hospital №20, Krasnoarmejsk Clinical Hospital of Donetsk Region, University clinic of Donetsk National Medical University n.a. M. Gorki, pedagogical process of Donetsk, Poltava and Zaporozhzia medical educational institutions; field of application is treatment and diagnostic process of therapeutic, nephrology, pulmonology departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic chairs of medical educational institutions.
