Korol' D. Clinical pathogenetic substatiation of the treatment of second complete and partial adentia with the use of endoosseous and subperiosteal implants.

Mathematically grounded subperiosteal implant construction taking into consideration the patient anatomic peculiarities has been developed by the author. The state of soft tissues surrounding endoosseous and subperiosteal implants at the different treatment stages has been studied with the help of hygienic and gingival indices complex. The modification of Shiller-Pisarev test reflecting subperiosteal implant examination peculiarities has been grounded and implemented by the author. The methods of the analysis of radiographical information at the pre- and post-implantation stages of treatment have been improved. The methods of prosthesis with the use of subperiosteal implants and fixed overdentures have been elaborated by the author. The given work is also dedicated to the development of patients' treatment algorithm involving endoosseous and subperiosteal implantation. The efficacy and the distant results of patients' treatment using differentially endoosseous and subperiosteal implantation have been determined and analysed. To confirm the objectivity of dymanic changes at the different rehabilitation stages the rheographic and electromyographic indices of the patients of experimental groups at the different period of observation are represented by the author.
