Tyndyk N. Administrative and legal mechanism of migration regulation in Ukrtaine

It reveals the main theoretic and methodological approaches to the investiga-tion of the administrative and legal mechanism of migration regulation. The main types, concepts, categories and characteristics of the modern migration processes had been investigated in the work. It had been proved that under the conditions of intensi-fication of migration between countries, diversity of its nature and directions the role of the administrative and legal mechanism in this sphere will constantly grow. The necessity of its imrovement is caused by the acuteness of the migration problems in Ukraine, because the optimisation of the migration becomes the important factor of socio-economic developement especially under the conditions of demografic crisis.
