Object of the study is processes of management innovation development of the business structures. Objective of study is development to theories and practical persons of management economic process in condition of the formation of the market relations, directed on decision of the problem of the system provision to motivations innovation developments of the business structures. Methods of research are gnoseologic of the analysis, scientific abstraction, statistical, analysis and syntheses, inductions and deductions, sociological questioning and expert estimation, economic and mathematical.
