Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical and instrumental base of creation of the multifunction submarine biotechnical system with three modes of action and with the first developed information technology of control and management the actions of bioobjects under water. The new scientific decision of problem of synthesis of the system is executed with its module transformation, adaptation to hydrology of district and technology, by a step-up efficiency and safety of actions of diver and dolphins. The algorithms of work of the system are developed in the different modes, informative models of the functional state of diver and dolphin, methods and controls of the state and actions, corrections of motion, algorithms of making decision in relation to the actions of bioobjects. The hardwares of providing of information technology are developed, experimental researches are conducted, maximal distances of action of control and management a diver are got, submarine orientation to 2000 m, it is enhanceable to 800 m discovery a dolphin from the enclosure of the not wires for sound bioobject, traffic of surface object control is well-to-do on distances of 800 m in an agyatorium with depths 20-35 m.
