Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of organization and law bases of budgetary control in Ukraine. The state of scientific development of problem, formulated notion of "budgetary control", is described, definite his essence, purpose of task and value, principles, kinds, methods normative-legal frameworks and organizational structure. The legal frameworks of activity of subjects of general and specialized budgetary control found out in Ukraine. The features of organization of external and internal budgetary control are described. In dissertation concrete suggestions on bringing of amendments and supplements in the Budgetary code of Ukraine.
