Object: processes of the use and development of intellectual resources of the social-economic systems. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodological bases, positions and practical recommendations on the improvement of management the use of intellectual resources of the social-economic systems. Methods: logical, correlation, historical, statistical and economic comparison, graphic-digital and analog-associative methods of interpretation of the phenomena and its dependences. Results: first an administrative paradigm is offered in a domestic economic theory, the model of process is presented and the terms of procedure of stage-by-stage transformation of intellect of personality are grounded, conception of social stratification and social mobility of society, model of парето-effective market relations, complex spatial model of styles of guidance, is improved. Use: in activity of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, in the educational process of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.
