Gornostay P. Psychology of Role Self-realization of Personality

The dissertation is devoted to the implementation of role approach in social psychology of personality. The study investigates the issues of role self-realization of personality, the versatile analysis of different phenomena: role, role behavior, role interaction has been carried out in this work. The author has developed a dramaturgical-role model of personality and a socially-psychological model of role interaction. He has created the original concept of the role conflict as motivating forces for functioning and development of the personality. The concept of personality periodization development as changes of life roles and the concept of life crisis as role conflict have been developed, the role concept of personality structure and its life world has been created.
