Kulikov P. Mechanisms of Financial Resources Effective Management in the Sector of Education and Science of Ukraine

The purpose of dissertation is development of theoretic - methodological bases of forming of innovative complex of mechanisms of effective management by financial resources in area of education and science which will allow to provide her the stable economy growing. A research object is the processes of management by the financial resources of region of education and science which functions in the system of market economy. Results: classification of modern mechanisms of management by financial resources in area of education and science is first developed ; conception of construction of complex of mechanisms of effective management by financial resources in area of education and science of Ukraine in the conditions of innovative development; method of ground of cost of product in the field of higher education. Practical value of work: method of acceptance of decisions at the ground of cost of product in area of education and science; structure of the information system; model of budgeting for accountable economic objects.
