Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the metallurgical equipment raising safety problem by means of hazard and working efficiency estimation for its responsible assemblies and base structures. On the basis of the found safety models for the refuses of gradual and sudden type and probabilistic model of cyclic longevity taking into account loading history prediction methodology of resource indexes is developed, which possesses ability of their clarification identification of external environments is developed. Prediction methodology of resource and safety features use examples are shown at all stages of life cycle of the technical systems. Thus assemblies and details whose state sub-stantially affects on no-failure operation of all mechanical system appear as objects. It is base constructions (frame of transport-technological machines, blast-furnaces jackets), main executive mechanisms (transmission of wheel excavator, main line of pilger-mill) and re-sponsible details (high strength screw-bolts, broken down elements of safety facilities).
