Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development of a new scientific direction which is related to creation of basic of localization theory and class of methods of the polyargument systems and oriented to the rise of efficiency of modelling of steady multi-dimensional heat transfer processes. The system of base of localization theory principles, which set the general regularity of passing of such processes, conditioned by the phenomenon of localization, is developed. In the aspect of the given phenomenon the conceptions of machineries of stabilization (normalization) of multidimen-sional processes and reduction of their dimension are developed. The special class of methods - methods of the polyargument systems, possessing high adaptation properties in relation to the factor of multidimensional of tasks and being in this connection the important element of mathematical apparatus of localization theory is offered. The complex of computer modelling of heat transfer processes in elements of energy equipment for conditions of progressive technologies realization on the basis of different modifications of the polyargument systems method and using of localization theory thesis is executed.
