Pashko P. Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Ensuring the Customs Safety of Ukraine

Object: organizational-economic processes of providing of custom safety of country and management mechanisms by them. Purpose: development of theoretical-methodological principles and practical directions of providing to custom safety of Ukraine, forming of suggestions on creation of effective organizational-economic mechanism of its providing. Methods: prognostic, praxi-metric, programmatic-target, system-structural, design. Results: methodology of forming and functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of providing of custom safety is grounded, approaches to modernization of the system of the custom, methodical tool of calculation of the expected volumes of tax receipts from the import of commodities adjusting are improved. Use: in the new release of the Custom Code of Ukraine, in the educational process of Academy of Custom Service of Ukraine, Kyiv National Trade-Economic University.
