Essay

On the basis of conducted research fo the first time forming of influence on meat-fats quality of pork not only genetic peculiarities of animals according to productivity but also according tu the influence of paratepical factors has been comparatively studied. It was stated that for different types of feeding animals certain peculiarities connected with such factors as their age, sex, pedigree qualities, nourishing value of forages, compositson of ration are characteristic. General conformities to the law of age-old dynamics of living mass and development of the meat-fats productivity of pigs, and also indexes which predetermine the commodity estimation of for pre-slaughter qualities of pigs depending on purchased by them to the meat-fats productivity, are studied.
