The thesis is dedicated to the problem of improvement of prophylaxis and treatment of patients with essential arterial hypertension dependently on genes polymorphisms ACE (I/D), AGTR1 (A1166C), eNOS (T894G), PPAR-gamma2 (Pro12Ala) and ADRB1 (Arg389Gly). The sensitivity scheme to antihypertensive first line drugs dependently on genotype of analyzed genes was created, individualized pharmacogenetically determined treatment correction was performed. Results - improvement of treatment efficacy; branch - medicine.
