Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to actual oncology problem - the development of ways of increasing the efficacy of breast cancer drug treatment based on its individualization. It is shown that usage of chemohormonal therapy schematics considering the expression of drug resistance associated molecular markers and steroid hormone receptors (RE, RP), and Her-2/neu in the tumor cells of each patient slightly increases the efficacy of anti-tumor chemohormonal therapy. It is determined that individualized chemohormonal therapy is effective even in "thrice-receptor-negative" tumor patients. It is proven that the interferon supplement of different therapy schematics is reliably increasing their efficacy, especially in case of long-term cytokine administration.
