Object - marketing in the market of knowledge. The aim – theoretic and methodological system engineering of marketing management by the market of knowledge as concerning an independent direction of a marketing science on the basis of that scientifically proved offers which introduction will make the significant contribution to development of a national economy. Methods - general scientific methods of research. Novelty - it is generated theoretic and methodological base of a new scientific direction of a marketing science - to marketing of knowledge on the basis of that definitely conceptual principles and are developed marketing methods of a competition of higher educational institutions in the market of knowledge. It is introduced by Committee of the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine on budget questions of the programs development of social and economic development of Ukraine (the certificate № 06-9/17-750 from 04.09.2007), Department of economy and financing of the Ministry of Education and a Science of Ukraine (certificate № 10/1-597 from 21.09.2007) . At a regional level of the recommendation are taken into account at a substantiation and development as educational programs and programs of employment of citizens, and programs of social and economic development of regions of Ukraine (in particular, a choice of criteria and tools of support of education and a science, first of all for separate regions, under conditions of lack of budgetary funds and problems of employment on labor markets) to Central administrative boards of economy of the Ternopil regional state administration (certificate № 04-96-27 from 20.09.2007) . Recommendations concerning application of marketing of knowledge and its conjuncture in the Ukrainian and international markets modeling of creation and development of service of marketing of a higher educational institution.
