Shрikulyak A. The developmental and regulational institutions of the agrarian market: theory, methodology, management

Research object: the institutional system of adjusting of agrarian market in Ukraine, institutions and institutes of market mechanism of manage. Research purpose: development of theoretic methodological and practical principles of forming and functioning of the institutional system of development and adjusting of agrarian market. Methods: historic logical, dialectical, monographic, abstractly logical, statistical estimation, grouping, comparative, index, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical and methodological bases of the institutional development and regulation of agricultural market in Ukraine is formed and practically grounded. For the first time the significance of the institutions and institutes for the development and management of the agrarian market is proved and analysed from the point of the institutional methodology. The evolutional approach towards the functional and formational peculiarities, role and methodological nature of the social capital in the rural areas is applied. The essential characteristics of the market (particularly the agrarian one) which is based on dynamic, interdependent relations of economic agents in institutional arrangements is justified. The institutional features of the functioning of agricultural markets under the transformational economy as a system of institutions and institutes that structure the relationship of participants in the process of market exchange, pricing, infrastructure changes, regulatory impacts of the state and the formation of social capital are highlighted. The framework of institutional development and regulation of market, infrastructure and pricing mechanisms, the progress peculiarities of national relations are considered. The methodological and methodical basis of the functioning of agricultural market, policy coordination of interests of participants is studied. The conceptual patterns of the institutional regulation of agricultural market, institutional support, infrastructure development, improvement of the price mechanism, and the formation of social capital are suggested. Scientific novelty consists in theoretical and methodological and practical ground of forming and functioning of institutes in development and market adjusting from positions of evolutionist approach to the estimation of economical and social changes in an agrarian economy. Research results are accepted to introduction by Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, by Tomashpil district state administration of the Vinnitca area, used in organization of economic work of the Private agricultural enterprise "Victory" Tomashpil district of the Vinnitca area, in the educational process of Vinnitca state agrarian university. Efficiency: introduction of conception of adjusting of agrarian market on the base of analysis and estimation of prospects of development of the institutional system of market mechanism will provide claim of the concerted system of relations, increase of socio-economic effect of agrarian manage. Sphere, industry of the use: agrarian enterprises, district and regional organs of Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, higher educational establishments of agrarian formation in Ukraine.
