Yaremko I. Assessment and formation of value of engineering enterprises

The estimation processes of economic resources in the system of value formation and value-oriented management of machine-building enterprises are the research object. The purpose of the work consists in development and argumentation of conceptual basis of the system of economic estimation of machine-building enterprises' value characteristic. The author has used methods of systematization, generalization; structural, functional, statistical, comparative, expert and graphical methods. The following statements have the theoretical value: contents and essence filling of intangible assets and enterprise capital; predominance of financial indices over non-formalized ones in the system of value estimation. The scientific novelty consists in formulation of conceptual-theoretical principles of the estimation system of machine-building enterprises' value that is based on the property approach with the usage of resources conception elements and index of economic added value, the indicator of reproduction possibility of enterprise capital. The dissertation subject is defined as theoretical and practical aspects of estimation and management of machine-building enterprises' value formation processes. The results have been introduced into activity of state institutions, at enterprises, in the educational establishments. The machine-building industry is the sphere of the author's suggestions usage.
