The results of development of the new methods of carrying out restorations of chewing and frontal teeth, their clinical estimation on the basis of computer analysis of digital representation with the purpose of optimization of quality of restorations are presented in the dissertation work. The expediency of "indirected" polymerization is proved on basis of study results of losses of intensity of polymerizer light stream. Objective methods of volume of carious cavities preparing at masticatory teeth depending on structurally-functional acidoresistance of enamel are determined.
