The dissertation is devoted to the decision of the problem of development of information technology of functioning hierarchical systems creation (planning, productions and exploitations) of book and magazine editions (BME) with selective binding. The structurally hierarchical chart of the functioning system of book and magazine editions has been developed (SFK). The functioning cycle of book and magazine editions has been developed with the possibility to update its informative filling. The methods of construction of logical and mathematical models of functioning processes of BME have been grounded and developed. The logical rules of decision of conflict situations have been built built.
