In dissertation the conceptual model of stable competitive advantage forming is first developed on the basis of the complex use of branch positioning approach and resource approach. Specific of branch success factors forming as counteraction of the branch power fields is grounded. Main component of organization capabilities: technology and jurisdiction of personnel is defined. Methodical approach to the reprojecting process of management process, which is based on an engineering paradigm is improved.
