Essay

Object is physical processes of scattering of radio waves from sea and objects. The purpose is ascertainment of features of scattering of radio waves from sea and development of new methods of objects detection. Methods of researches are the methods of remote sensing, statistical radiophysics and radiolocation. The features and new physical effects of scattering of electromagnetic waves of centimeter and millimeter ranges from rough sea surface and above water objects are defined. Models of the scattered signals and new methods of selection and detection are developed. The results are partially implemented for military department 2450, RI "Strela". Sphere of the use is radiophysics, radio-oceanography.
