Rechkina O. Tuberculosis for children in the period of epidemic: epidemiology, clinic, pathomorphoz, treatment

OObject of research - tuberculosis in children. Purpose - to promote efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of child patients with tuberculosis and control upon epidemic situation among them by the analysis of the exposed reason-investigation tendencies of epidemic situation, determination of features of clinic, pathomorphosis of tuberculosis in the modern terms of epidemiology and development of chart of complex treatment of patients. The methods of research - clinical, laboratoral, radiological, immunological, microbiological, genetical, pathomorphogical, epidimiogical, statistical. Results - we have determined major tendencies, dynamics and peculiarities of tuberculosis epidemiology in children of different age groups in separate areas and on the whole Ukraine. Growth of role of social and epidemiology factors of risk of development of tuberculosis and principal reasons of worsening of epidemic situation is certain in modern terms. The features of clinical flow of the first diagnosed tuberculosis are set for children and reasons of diagnostic errors are exposed, to the uneffective chemotherapy and death rate of children of TB in the epidemic conditions. The algorithms of diagnostics of specific process are developed on this basis. Expedience of application of Spirulina is proved in complex treatment of tuberculosis for children.
