Geiman O. Theoretical and Methodological Bases of Nonlinearily Development of the Ukrainian Economy

Object of research is the process of nonlinear development of Ukrainian economy. The purpose of work are working out and substantiation of the concept of regional development destructive convergent and divergent processes influence on nonlinear character of Ukrainian economy. Research methods are dialectics; logic approach and content-analysis; analysis and synthesis; comparison; induction and deduction; different trend nonlinear models, static and dynamic convergent models; corelation and regressive, claster analysis. Theoretical and practical results. For the first time the concept of influence of regional development destructive convergent and divergent processes on nonlinear character of Ukrainian economy is proved; the matrix of convergent and divergent processes classification of Ukrainian regions economic development is offered; the methodical approach on construction of interconnected models system is offered. The methodical approach to distribution regions of Ukrainian regions by different criteria according to cause and effect chain is offered; the economic policy directions choice mechanism of the Ukrainian regions different type which is based on scenary imitating modelling of their economic development is developed. The methodological approach to definition of Ukrainan economy development nonlinearity and exogenous and rndogenous factors influences; application cognitive approach to Ukrainian regions distribution indicators interrelation model construction; application of the matrix approach to Ukrainian cause and effect regions distribution carrying out on different criteria had the further development. The technique of the regions economic development non-uniformity estimation; the technique of world countries definition which make prepotent impact on Ukrainian economy nonlinear development; the methodical approach to specification of some concepts which based on use of the logic approach and the content-analysis are improved.
