Novikov V. Diagnostics of occlusion determinated violations and functional structures of teeth-jaw system at the patients with rheumatoid disease in a background and their treatment.

The results of clinical, laboratory and functional researches allowed setting pathogenetic connections at the determined violations of occlusion and functional structures of the teeth-jaw system on a background pathology of rheumatoid origin. A complex clinical research of patients groups was conducted, which allowed discovering that the most frequent determined disease which causes violation of occlusion - is a muscle-joint dysfunction. Determinable diseases according to the frequency of supervisions are the following: sclerotic artrosis, deforming artrosis, rheumatoid arthritis in an active phase and phase of remission. The pathogenetically based method of complex treatment of patients which uses different types of orthopaedic constructions is offered, depending on the degree of functional disorders at the determined violations of occlusion. The methods of complex pathogenetic treatment of patients are improved with the determined violations of occlusion and functional structures of the teeth-jaw system on a background pathology of rheumatoid origin, which enables to reduce the duration of treatment.
