The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases relating to the formation and development of the corporate aggregate economic potential. The institutional meaning of the corporation category as a complex, multidimensional, hierarchical socially-technical system, a public institution, which is capable of accelerating transformation changes in the national economy and providing conversion within the borders of its functioning at the expense of the formation and development of the corporate aggregate economic potential, is defined and researched. The formation and development concept of the corporate aggregate economic potential which consists of a relatively stable interrelation set of integrated components which provide corporation transformations is stated and theoretically proved. The conceptual approach to the strategic management of the corporate aggregate economic potential development in the regional context is elaborated. The management methodology for aggregate economic corporate potential at the expense of intellectual corporate capital use is developed, and the theoretical and methodical approach for innovative project implementation based on a model of complex object designing within certain time at the expense of minimum cost flow search is defined. The methodical approach for the management quality evaluation of the aggregate economic regional potential , and the theoretical and methodical approach to the formation of aggregate economic potential and increase of organizational and economic corporation stability, which is realised by interfunctional and interorganizational logistical management are improved
