Chernadchuk V. Budget Legal Relations in Ukraine: theory, practice and trends of development

The dissertation is devoted to the integrated study of the budget legal relations in Ukraine. Particularly, it was specified the concept of the budget legal relations, it was analyzed their existing classifications, and it was suggested the author's classifi-cation of these relations. The structure of the budget legal relations and the legal status of their subjects were studied, the peculiarities of the budget legal relations were specified, and the reasons of their origin, alteration and termination were ana-lyzed. Special attention was paid to the study of norm-making budget legal relations, legal relations of budget fulfillment, control-budget and security budget legal rela-tions. It was analyzed the state of the legal regulation of budget relations, it was found out the problems arising in the practice of budget activity. The suggestions on the improvement of the budget legislation were stated and grounded in the thesis, it was identified the trends of its further development.
