Essay

The dissertation is devoted to determination the laws, mechanisms and possibilities of reflex-ive management system formation in the socio-systems with increasing level of complexity. So-cial-psychological understanding of reflexive management as management of reflexive processes of individual and group subjects in non-confrontative systems is proved. It is shown, that the es-sence of reflexive management system formation is in conventional creation of space of intersub-jectivity, structuring of reflexive processes by special procedures, reflexive analysis and produc-ing of conditions for shared living of event. In the common contour of research-applying follow-ing laws are empirically confirmed: socio-cognitive norms of group subjectivity dynamics, onto-genetic and functionalgenetic development of group reflеxivity, course of reflexive processes of individual and group subjects in technologically created conditions and the rules of individual and group subjects' reflexive processes management. The reflexive-deficient nature of phenomena of complicated co-ordinatedness and efficiency of its mastering by the means of the reflexive man-agement system formation are proved.
