The thesis concerns the study of the conflicts of rules in the field of legal regulation of land relations in Ukraine. These conflicts are considered as the differences between legal rules that govern the same relations and cannot be applied simultaneously. The author proposes a concept of minimising adverse effects of the conflicting land regulations (by reducing their volume and through proposing means of existing conflicts resolving).
