Kolbushkin Y. Theoretical and methodological principles of forming strategy of controlling financial flows of the oil and gas complex

Object of the study is process of management activity oil and gas to branches of the national economy. Objective of study is motivation and development theorist-methodological basis to financial strategy, management financial flow, directed on increasing of efficiency of the work oil and gas to branches. Methods of research are system approach, analysis and syntheses, benchmark analysis, econometric, economic and mathematical modeling, scenario-precedent modeling. Theoretical and practical results: theoretically regularities of the development level influence of the energy complex is motivated on price situation; methodical recommendations, algorithms and models, providing realization strategy to activity of the companies oil and gas to branches, high managing body. Novelty: motivation theoretical basis and methodical approach to shaping the strategies of management financial flow in oil and gas complex. Degree of the introduction by: Ministry of finance, SC "Ukrtransgaz", NSC "Naftogaz Ukraine". Branch of application is oil and gas.
