Bogomolova N. Organizational and economic conditions and principles of acceleration of rail transport

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical grounding of conceptual and methodological principles of forming the organizational and economic conditions and establish the principles of speed railway. With this aim, research conditions, contradictions and requirements to ensure the development of fast traffic, the impact of time factors on the development of transportation, laws and principles revealed acceleration of rail transportation, the major trends of increasing transport and economic potential. An innovative modular approach to speed up rail transport has been suggested; conception of management - time management in cargo and passengers has been substantiated, economic acceleration mechanism cargo and passengers have been improved, principles for establishing tariffs for railway transportation and accelerated evaluationing their economic efficiency have been developed.
