Essay

The dissertation is devoted to investigations of the heat transfer processes in simple molecular crystals in the high-temperature range and at crystal-liquid phase transition. The thermal conductivity of molecular crystals (CH2Cl2, CHF2Cl, CF2Cl2, С2H6, С6Н12 C2F6, and CO) with different types of orientational motion of molecules is studied. A detailed analysis is made of the thermal expansion effect on the phonon scattering processes. The isobaric thermal conductivity jump of simple molecular substances has been experimentally investigated at crystal-liquid phase transition.
