Essay

Object: process of diagnostics of quality of control the system (DQCS) by enterprises. Purpose: development of theoretical positions, scientifically-methodical and practical recommendations relatively DQCS on the enterprises of food retail industry. Methods: dialectical, socio-historical, historical and philosophical approaches, systematization and generalization; lecsic-semantic, terminology and logical analysis; extrapolation of scientific knowledges; phsihonomatrical approach; grade correlation; heuristic methods and methods of treatment of expert information; graphic that construction of analytical tables; informative design; even optimality, pair comparisons, analysis of hierarchies, sum of places, middle arithmetic; cross-correlation-regressive analysis; qualimetrical analysis. It is offered: conception of DQCS by enterprises; scientific going near organization of DCS; basic directions standardization of technology of process of DCS; factor and criteria based expert and qualimetric model are suggested.of estimation of DQC; scientifically-methodical going near the estimation of quality of managerial staff of enterprise; methodical going near the generalized estimation of DQC; method of analysis of intercommunication of DQC and summarizings indexes of efficiency of activity of enterprises. Sphere of the use: enterprises of food retail industry.
