Piddubna L. Theoretical and methodological provision of company's international competitiveness

The research object: the processes that form the international competitiveness of industrial enterprises in the conditions of competition globalization and strengthening its institutional regulation; the main objective: the work out of theoretical and methodological and also methodical provisions and practical recommendations for the improvement of company's international competitiveness in the context of its strengthened influence on the international business environment and effective adaptation to the conditions of global competition; methods of research and instruments: methods of dialectical logic - the unity of historical and logical approaches; analysis and synthesis; systems and structural, strategic and praxeological approaches; process-like approach; comparison; generalization and formalization; special methods of research (informational & cybernetic and imitational modeling, expert and calculation and analytical, regression analysis and statistical method of images identification, space and time method and the method of multidimensional statistical analysis); theoretical and practical results: for the first time: the systems concept of company's international competitiveness (CIC) has been worked out; model of CIC on the basis of formal & praxeological conditions of production and market systems interaction of international economic activity of a company (enterprise) in the terms of their condition space has been developed and substantiated; the concept of synthesis of CIC control system has been grounded; the methodical approach to the external markets estimation has been worked out. the following has been improved: the methodology of CIC institutional analysis; the methodical provision of the synthesis of control system of CIC management as a single identification and adaptation complex; the methodical approach to the estimation of company's readiness for the competition on foreign markets; the methodical approach to the estimation of CIC management efficiency. the following has been further developed: the systematization of approaches to conceptual foundations of CIC management substantiation; the methodical approach to the comparative analysis of international competitive positions of machine-building companies through the prism of such notions as "export potential" and "export competitiveness"; the approach to the development of informational provision of CIC management; the approach to the substantiation of the reason for substantial differentiation of CIC definitions and concepts; the degree of implementation: the developments have been implemented into the practical activity of Senior Management of Industry, Transport and Communication of Kharkov Regional Administration, "Turboatom" plc, "Zavod Yuzhkabel" ltd, SSPE "Objedinenie Communar", "UPEK Trading" ltd, "KhARP" plc, "Kharkov electrical and technical plant "Ukrelectromash" plc, "FED" plc, "Stakhanov railway-carriage-building plant" plc; the results of this research have been laid into the foundations of the textbook on the discipline " Management of Company's International Competitiveness"; the sphere of application: the management of foreign economic activity of machine-building companies.
