Pavlov O. Management social-economic development of rural territories of Ukraine

The object of research: social and economic development of rural areas of Ukraine as a social process. The aim: to study the development of conceptual foundations of socio-economic development of rural areas of Ukraine and development on the basis of practical recommendations for improving management activities to play rural territorial subsystem of society. Methods: a systematic approach, historical simulation and typology, structure-functional, monographic and abstract logic. Theoretical and practical results: the conceptual basis of the principles of building socio-economic development of rural areas and implementing adequate specified object consolidated public policy and bring the advantage to make the Ministry of Rural Development of Ukraine, will the enlarged reproduction of rural territorial subsystem of society. Theoretical approaches and practical recommendations thesis research can be made the basis for the development strategy of rural areas. Scientific novelty: first proposed interpretation of copyright essence of the concept "rural" has been brought to the need for rural socio-spatial formations of the territorial approach, the essence of the concept of rural development, the necessity of implementing a consolidated policy of socio-economic development of rural areas and conceptual foundations of modern model management of social and economic development of rural areas.
