In the dissertation the theoretical problems of the taxation process are explored; its legal nature is indicated; its structure and components are examined. The judicial terms and the responsibility in taxation law are explored. Special attention is given to consideration of taxation-judicial innovation, classification of which is made on the subject indication. The conception, kinds and specific character of taxation-judicial legal rules and relations are considered. The ways of realization of taxation-judicial legal rules and their place in the system of financial law are examined.
