An object is state administration development of agroindustrial production; a purpose is development of teoretic-methodical principles of the scientific providing of state administration, new scientific conception of management, language of agrarian sphere pair an agroindustrial production on the innovative model of development; methods - historical and logical, abstractly logical,economic-statistical, to the analysis and synthesis, calculation-structural, comparative analysis; novelty - teoretic-methodical principles of the scientific providing of state administration an agroindustrial production are developed, developed on principle new scientific conception of management; results - the constituents of scientific public agrarian policy are developed, certainly directions of the legal providing of state administration an agroindustrial production; it is inculcated - in activity of committee of VRU, organs of executive power and educational establishments; industry is state administration.
