Khaletskaya A. Formation of public policy of social protection of population in the conditions of macroeconomic unequilibrium

An object is a public policy of social defence of population in Ukraine; a purpose is development and ground of theoretical and methodological bases on forming of public policy of social defence of population in the conditions of macroeconomic; methods – dialectical, abstractly-logical, induction and deduction, comparison, analysis of the systems, and mathematical analysis; novelty – scientific positions are first formed and reasonable, formings of public policy of social defence of population fixed in basis of conception. The methodological going is worked out near the decision of problem increase of social effectiveness of government control of social defence of population; results – recommendations are worked out on an improvement institutionally-organizational, financial and economic mechanisms of forming of public policy of social defence of population; it is inculcated in economic practice.
