Bayura D. Transformation the corporate governance system in Ukraine

The thesis deals with problems of corporate governance, methodological developments, theoretical and practical studying of the corporate governance transformation of joint stock companies. In the dissertation author determines categories defined corporate governance and organizational-economic mechanism of corporate governance, also developed scientific and methodological foundations of multilevel analysis of the transformation corporate governance system, main components of organizational-economic mechanism of corporate governance. A new methodological approaches to corporate restructuring corporations and determined its form depending on the state of relations and joint interests of stakeholders. The recommendations for Ukraine to intensify the formation of corporate social responsibility of corporations at the expense of long-term social investment programs are offered.
