The dissertation is devoted to study of protein, lipid and mineral metabolism peculiarities in different organs and tissues of geese during periods of late embryogenesis and early postembriogenesis, and also influence of sodium methasilicate, sodium sulfate and chromium chloride additions into composition of ration of geese on protein synthesis and disintegration in organs and tissues. It was established, that protein synthesis intensity in liver, skeletal muscle, skin and intestine mucous in late embryogenesis in vitro was sometimes higher than in neonatal period. From 1- to 60-day age protein synthesis intensity in investigated organs and tissues of geese gradually increased to level, that was established in embryos. Lipid synthesis intensity in embryo organs and tissues in vitro was sometimes higher than in 1-day old goslings during from 1- to 60-day old, gradually increased but not reached level established in embryos. Total lipid content in liver of geese during from 1- to 60-day age was 4-times decreased, in skeletal muscle, skin and intestine mucous was not changed. The influence of the sodium metasilicate, sodium sulfate and chrome (IІI) chloride is investigated at adding them to the ration of the geese on their growth, synthesis and decay of protein in a liver, sceletal muscles both skin and influence of the adding of the fish tallow to the ration of the geese on their growth and fatty acids composition of lipids in sceletal muscles. The influence of the mentioned minerals and fish oil is investigated at adding them to the ration of the geese on their growth and quality of obtained production.
